摘　　要：目的:合成天麻素的类似物对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷酰胺类化合物。方法:对羟基苯甲酸先与不同的胺反应,生成的酰胺再与溴代四乙酰葡萄糖反应合成了羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷酰胺类化合物。结果:合成了1个新的酰胺类化合物,并利用红外光谱,确定了他们的结构与预期的合成结果一致。结论:本实验采取的先合成酰胺再合成糖苷的方法是行之有效的方法。Objective：To synthesize the gastrodine analog p -hydroxybenzamides glucoside derivatives. Methods： p - Hydroxybenzamides was first synthesized by condensation of p - hydroxybenzoic acid and amine ,then p -hydroxybenzamides glucoside was prepared by condensation ofp -hydroxybenzamides and acetobromoglucose. Results：A new compound was synthesized and identified by infrared spectrum nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrum. Conclusion： p - Hydroxybenzamides glucoside can be synthesized by condensation of p - hydroxybenzamides and acetobromoglucose.
