蒙药蛇蜕的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:对蒙药蛇蜕进行系统的研究,为其制定质量标准提供科学依据。方法:采用原动物、药材性状、薄层层析方法对其进行研究,并测定其水分、灰分、浸出物的含量。结果:通过原动物、药材性状、薄层层析研究能够很好地鉴定药材,并制定了水分、灰分、浸出物的限度。结论:方法简便易操作,可作为蒙药蛇蜕的生药学鉴定的依据,并为进一步开发利用和质量评价提供了可靠的理论依据。Objective ：To study the Mongolian materia medica Periostracum Serpentis and provide the scientific evidence for establishing its quality standard. Methods：The original animal identification, character identification and thin layer chromatography （TLC） were used. The content of the moisture, the total ash and the substance soaked in alcohol were analyzed. Results：The results showed that these are good methods to identify Periostracum Serpentis. The limitation of the content of the moisture, the total ashes and the substances soaked in alcohol were determinated. Conclusion：The method is practical, special and reproducible. The results can provid the responsible basement of further development and the quality control of Periostracum Serpentis.
