摘  要:针对我国油气田特别是四川气田H2S含量高,对井口装置腐蚀严重,容易发生突发事故的情况,选用了3种不锈钢材料135、2205、318进行H2S应力腐蚀试验分析。通过模拟四川气田基本情况,并参照NACE TM0177—1996标准溶液,利用U形弯曲浸泡试验、慢应变速率拉伸试验、电化学分析等方法,对3种材料应力腐蚀开裂进行了对比分析。试验分析表明,双相不锈钢2205具有良好的抗H2S应力腐蚀性能和良好的力学性能。Usually there is high-content of hydrogen-sulfide gas in China oil-gas field especially in Sichuan province; it brings serious corrosion to the equipment of the well head, so occasionally accident may happen easily. Three kinds of stainless steel materials: 135, 2205 and 318, were used to carry out experimental analysis of hydrogen-sulfide stress corrosion. Via simulation of Sichuan gas field environment, refer to NACE TM0177--1996 standard solution; U-bend is tested in submerge experiment, slow-strain-rate stretch experiment and electrochemical analysis; and comparative analysis of stress corrosion cracking for three kinds of materials were accomplished. Experimental analysis shows: Biphase stainless steel 2205 possesses good performance of resist hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion and has good mechanical properties.
