临床护理路径应用于择期剖宫产术的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在择期剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法将200例择期行剖宫产术的产妇随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(100例),实验组按制定好的医、护、患临床路径实施每日诊疗、护理、康复的方法,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果实验组平均住院日、平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇满意度和健康知识评分明显高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在诊断有剖宫产术指征的前提下,按临床护理路径实施诊疗、护理的方法,可以减少平均住院日,降低住院费用,充分调动产妇的主观能动性,促进产妇对知识的掌握,提升健康教育效果。Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in application for elective cesarean section. Methods Two hundreds pregnant women were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Conventional nursing strategy was used in the control group, and in the other group, daily medical attention, nursing and rehabilitation were provided according to the planned strategies involving the doctors, nurses and patients. Results The average hospital stay and costs of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） ,and the former group had also greater scores for patient satisfaction and healthcare knowledge（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of the medical treatment and nursing according to the clinical nursing pathway in the presence of indication for cesarean can reduce the average hospital stay and costs, enhance the motivation of the gravida to understand the related knowledge and promote the effect of health education.
