摘　　要：作者通过电感藕合等离子体全谱直读发射光谱仪测定地质样品中钒的不确定度评定的实践,分析了该方法测定过程中的不确定度来源,建立了相关数学模型,并计算各标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度及测定结果的置信区间。By determining the uncertainty of vanadium with inductively coupled plasma - optical emission spectrometry, it analyzed the origin of uncertainty during determination of this method, set up relevant mathematical model, calculated the uncertainty of each standard, synthesize the uncertainty of each standard, extended the uncertainty and determined the fiducial interval.
