摘  要:FL-9低速增压风洞是'十五'国家批准建设的大型航空基础设施,笔者简要介绍了该风洞基于有限元方法的应力、变形和模态分析,并与风洞气压试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:有限元计算中所采用的单元类型、模型简化、边界约束等处理方法合理可行,应力计算值与实测值比较一致,最大薄膜应力为147.6MPa,低于许用值42.1%,风洞结构具有较大的安全裕度。风洞的前六阶模态分析为风洞安全运行提供了参考依据。The FL-9 low-speed compressed-air wind tunnel is a large aerial infrastructure which is approved by national 10th 5year plan. The stress, deformation, modal analysis of the wind tunnel based on the method of finite element are briefly described in this paper. These analysis results are compared with the gas pressure test. It shows that the processing methods of adopting the element form and simplified model as well as boundary restrict are reasonable. The calculated stresses magnitude approximates that of measured value, maximum membrane stress is equals to 147.6MPa, which is less than the allowable value 42.1%. So the wind tunnel structure has rather large safety space. The former sixth vibration modal was considered as the estimation for the wind tunnel's safety operation.
