摘  要:建立了以二乙基二硫代磷酸(DDTP)为络合剂,以非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-114为萃取剂的浊点萃取分离富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定痕量金的新方法。试验了溶液的酸度、络合剂和表面活性剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等条件对浊点萃取效果的影响。该方法对金的检出限为2.5ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%(n=10),回收率在96%~105%之间。可用于钨矿样品中痕量金的测定。A new method for the determination of trace aurum by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) with cloud point extraction was proposed. Diethyldithiophosphate (DDTP) and triton X-114 were used as the chelating agent and surfactant respectively. The effects of experimental conditions such as acidity, concentrations of chelating agent and surfactant, equilibration temperature and time on cloud point extraction were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit obtained for Au was 2.5 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 2.7 %. The method was used in FAAS determination of trace Au in tungsten samples, and the recovery was in the range of 96 %-105 %.
