参黄冲剂改善D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠抗氧化功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨参黄冲剂对D-半乳糖致衰大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法用注射D-半乳糖方法建立的SD大鼠衰老模型。对药物组及空白对照组血清中一氧化氮(NO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平进行测定和比较。结果药物组老年大鼠血清中NO、CAT、GSH-PX均高于空白对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参黄冲剂可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而延缓D-半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老。Objective To investigate the effects of Shenhuang powder preparation tot infusion in anti-oxidation in the aging model rats induced hy D-galaetose. Methods To give injections of D-galactose to SD rats to make the aging model.Then to carry on the measurement and comparisons between the medicine set and the blank matched control in NO,CAT and GSH- PX levels in serums. Results NO,CAT and GSH-PX levels of the medicine set are obviously higher than the blank matched control. Conclusions Shenhuang powder preparation for infilsion can improve the antioxidant ability in SD rats.Further more, it can delay the ageing procedure induced by D-galactose in rats.
