摘　　要：档案的根本价值在于利用。随着我国改革和经济发展,高校档案利用工作由过去的平日利用转变为专题性、规模性、利用方式的多样性、类别利用的周期性等新特点。档案利用的发展趋势为档案利用范围和对象的扩大、建立和完善档案服务体系、具有高素质复合型的档案专业人员队伍。The fundamental value of archives is to use. With the reform and economic development of our country, the utilization work of universities archives has been transformed from daily use into new characteristics which are the topicality, the scale, the diversity of use and the cyclical use of categories, and so on. The developing trends of archives utilization are ： enlarge the range and objective of archives utilization, build and consummate archive service system, and organize professional staff team who has the highly educated background and solid experiences.
