摘　　要：物业管理是一种朝阳产业,为了提高工作效率,提高管理者的管理的科学性和准确性,各物业公司自行开发或引进的物业管理信息系统等物业管理软件主要用于小区物业管理公司的业务管理工作,实现计算机网络化管理。将GIS技术用于物业管理信息系统,可以实现文、图、表、管一体化管理,本文尝试从几个方面的应用来说明地理信息系统是物业管理信息系统的非常重要的补充。Property management arises as a propering industry. To improve working efficiency, enhance the scientific and accurate qualities of management, property companies individually explore or introduce PMIS and other property management softwares,which are employed in managing the property of residential districts through internet. Once GIS technology is applied in PMIS, it will achieve the unity of characters, diagrams, formats and management. This paper attempts to illustrate that GIS fuctions as an indispensable complement of PMIS.
