摘　　要：知识资本的出现具有独特的意义。知识资本不违反资本的一般性质,根据知识资本不同部分对价值增殖的不同作用,知识资本也可以划分为可变资本和不变资本。知识资本理论可以也应该和劳动价值论对接起来。The emergence of intellectual capital has a special meaning. Without violating the moderate quality of capital, intellectual capital can be divided into variable capital and constant capital according to the different effects of the two parts on increasing value. The intellectual capital theory could and should be united with theory of labor value.
