摘 要:鼠笼式异步电机转子轻、高速性能好、结构简单、可四象限运行,是全功能型测功电机的首选品种。提出一种基于鼠笼式异步电机直接转矩控制测功机设计方案,强调电机负载转矩的直接控制与效果,并据此建立了系统模型进行了大量仿真。结果表明系统可以实现对负载转矩的精确控制,模拟不同工况下的负载特性,具有较好的动、静态性能。Squirrel cage induction motor is firstly chosen due to its light rotor, simple and rugged structure and four-quadrant operation. A scheme of dynamometer was presented which used an induction machine as the load motor controlled by direct torque control, the direct control and effect of the load torque were emphasized, Then a model of the dynamometer system was established according to the presented scheme, land a great deal simulation was performed. The results verify the feasibility of the method, which have better static and dynamic performances. The torque can be accurately controlled as to emulate the desired load under different operating conditions.
