摘 要:以硼酸正丁酯为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备出纳米B2O3粉体,主要考察了加水量、pH值和煅烧温度对粉体的形成过程和显微结构的影响。通过XRD,TEM等测试手段对所制得的纳米B2O3进行分析与表征。结果表明:加水量影响醇盐水解缩聚物的结构,煅烧温度对粉体的形貌和晶粒大小有较大的影响。当硼酸正丁酯为4mL,无水乙醇为20mL,乙酸为1.5mL,pH值为5,加水量为0.4mL,PEG2000的量为1g时于80℃保温形成湿凝胶,最后经450℃煅烧后获得分散性好、团聚少、颗粒尺寸为50nm的纳米B2O3粉体材料。Nanometer B2O3 was prepared with C12H27BO3 as precursor, C2H5OH as solvent, and PEG as disposition by sol-gel method. The influence of the addition of water, pH value and the calcination temperature to the properties and microstructure of B2O3 powder were studied. The performance of nanometer B2O3 was tested by XRD, TEM and other methods. The results show that the different amount of water addition could alter the structure of condensation polymer and the calcination temperature had great effect on phase structure and grain size. The colloid can be achieved at 80℃ when the volume of C12 H27 BO3 is 4mL, C2H5 OH is 20mL, CH3 COOH is 1.5mL the value of pH is 5, The volume of water is 0.4mL and the PEG is 1g. The nanocrystalline B2O3 powders can be obtained with fine the grain size of 50nm, low aggregates and fine grain distribution after calcinated at 450℃.
