肾病综合征门诊治疗中开展患者自测尿蛋白的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨尿蛋白自测法在肾病综合征门诊治疗中的价值。方法门诊治疗中,每一肾病综合征患者的尿液标本分成两份同时分别用自测法及实验室法,并将两种方法的结果加以对比,计算符合率。结果肾病综合征患者尿蛋白自测法与实验室法的符合率高(各蛋白等级分组之间无明显差异,P>0.05),两种方法对尿蛋白检测没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者的尿蛋白自测作为一种经济、简单且实用的方法具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value on the method of self-examined urine protein from nephrotic syndrome out-patients. Methods During the outpatient service, every urine sample of nephrofie syndrome patients was divided into two parts and examined with self-examined method and laboratory method simultaneously. The results were compared for the rate of accordance. Results There were high rates of accordance between the self-examined method and laboratory method （there wasn＇ t obvious difference among various protein groups P〉 0.05）, and there was no evident difference between the two methods（P〉 0.05 ）. Conehmion The self-examined method of urine albumin from nephrotie syndrome out-patients as one kind of economical, simple and practical means is of great value in clinic use.
