摘  要:目的:探讨补肾方剂对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的疗效作用及其作用机理。方法:选用6月龄雌性SD大鼠,切除卵巢并诱发的骨质疏松模型,分别设为假手术组、模型组、雌二醇组和中药治疗组,治疗3个月后,观察大鼠骨密度、骨组织形态学及骨代谢相关生化指标。结果:补肾方剂组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较:补肾方剂可提高大鼠的平均骨密度,病理切片可见骨小梁明显致密,骨髓腔缩小。其生化指标显示雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、皮质醇(COR)、雌激素水平升高,而睾酮(T)水平明显降低,各指标之间统计分析均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾方剂有类似雌激素样作用,可有效防治卵巢切除大鼠的骨量丢失,可作为绝经后骨质疏松症的预防用药。Objective: To study the effect of tonifying kidney prescription(TKP) on bone loss in ovariectomized rats and its effective mechanism. Methods: female SD rats( six months) had been divided into four groups, fake -surgery group, control group, E2 group and TKP group, except the control group all rats were treated for 3 months, after that, bone mineral density(BMD), bone tectology and biochemical targets of bone metabolism. Results: Comparing TKP group with model group, TKP could increase average bone density of rat, pathological section could discover trabecular bone become thick and cavitas medullaris become small. Some biochemical indicators, such as the level of E2 , LH, COR, were raised obviously, but the level of teslen was reduced. Contrasted these targets between groups, the difference had statistical sigrtificance(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of TKP is similar with estrogen, which can prevent and cure bone mass loss in ovariectomized rats. So TKP can be use as the preventive drugs for postmenopausal osteoporosis.
