摘　　要：该文以花山土地利用为例,构建了土地可持续的评价指标体系,并对指标进行量化,综合评价及对花山土地可持续利用评价与障碍分析,提出土地可持续利用的政策响应.This article is on the connotation of sustainable use, structures the evaluation index system and comprehensive analysis of the index of the system. Take land utilization of Huashan mountain for example, the obstacle of the land sustainable use of Huashan mountain and the relevant policy of the land sustainable use have been considered.
