摘　　要：毕业设计是本科教学中培养学生综合素质和能力最重要的实践教学环节,是对本科生综合运用所学知识进行系统设计的检验,是培养高素质人才的重要途径,其质量的高低直接反映了本科教学总体水平和人才培养质量。本文通过对选题环节、中期检查环节、答辩环节、全程监控环节以及教学管理规范环节的阐述,论述了全过程闭环质量监控体系的构建及相互之间的关系。通过多年的改革与实践探索,积累了丰富的经验,促进了毕业设计质量的持续稳步提高。Graduation project is the most important integrated predisposition and ability. It is not only a important way of cultivating high level students. The practice teaching chain in cultivating the students ＇ test of the use of various of knowledge , but also an quality of graduating project can directly reflect both the university ＇ s general teaching level and the quality of the undergraduates. The paper introduces the selection of topic, the initial, the final stage of students＇defense, the whole inspection of design process and the norm of teaching management. The authors have a lot of experience through much more reforma- tion and practice, at the same time, the work furthers the quality of graduation project.
