不同糖耐量人群血清抵抗素水平及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：酶免法测定50例2型糖尿病(DM组)、50例糖耐量减低(IGT组)及40例糖耐量正常(NGT组)个体的空腹血清抵抗素水平,结果显示IGT组和DM组显著高于NGT组(P<0.05,P<0.01);回归分析显示FPG和FIns与抵抗素的关系较为密切。The fasting serum level of resistin was examined by ELISA method in 50 type 2 diabetics （DM group）, 50 impaired glucose tolerance patients （IGT group） and 40 normal glucose tolerance subjects （NGT group）. The results showed that the fasting serum resistin concentrations were significantly higher in IGT and DM groups than in NGT group. The multiple stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that fasting resistin level was strongly correlated with FBG and Fins.
