摘　　要：选2型糖尿病患者33例,24名健康自愿者作为对照,检测外周血白细胞CD55、CD59的表达,探讨其与糖尿病肾病的关系。2型糖尿病患者CD55、CD59表达下调,糖尿病病程、CD55阳性单核细胞平均荧光强度是尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的独立预测因素。补体调节蛋白表达减低可能与糖尿病肾病的发生有关。To investigate the relationship between complement regulatory proteins and diabetic nephropathy, the expressions of CD55, CD59 on circulating leukocytes were examined in 33 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and in 24 healthy volunteers served as controls. The expressions of CD55, CD59 in type 2 diabetics were down-regulated. The diabetic course and mean fluorescence intensity of CD55-positive monocytes were the independent predictors of urine albumin excretion rate. The down-regulation of complement regulatory proteins might involve in the pathogenesis of chronic diabetic nephropathy
