摘  要:对落叶松栲胶高温凝胶堵剂的性能作了系统研究。该堵剂的典型配方为:栲胶6%、PF混合物(苯酚和甲醛)4%、其余为水;堵剂配制液的pH为10~11,粘度20.5mPa·s,在200~300℃范围内,胶凝反应时间在14~48h之间。生成的凝胶具有强度高、封堵率高、能耐300℃高温、抗盐性好等特点。A heat resistant plugging agent, which can be used in thermorecovery of petroleum industry, is made from larch tannin extract, phenol, aldehyde and water. A typical composition of the plugging agent is: larch tannin extract 6%, a phenol formaldehyde compound 4% and balance water. The properties of the plugging agent are discussed. The pH value of the gel forming fluid is 10~11. The viscosity is 20 5 mPa·s. The gelation time varies in the range of 14~48 h within temperature 200~300℃. The upper limit of temperature for use of the plugging agent attains 300℃. The gel formed has good strength and plugging efficiency.
