摘 要:农业生产中大面积应用化肥、农药提高作物产量的同时,也产生了极大的环境问题,并且使生产成本提高。随着现代生物科学技术的进步,人们对应用微生物来代替化肥和农药寄予了厚望,从而对植物与根际微生物关系的研究给予了高度重视。本文依据近30年国内外对植物与根际微生物关系研究的成果,对根际微生物的多样性、植物与根际微生物的相互作用、根际微生物与连作障碍的关系三个方面进行了综述,并提出了今后在植物与根际微生物方面需要深入研究的几个问题。Chemical fertilizer and pesticide are employed in large areas in agriculture to increase the yield, but galactic environmental damages are caused and the cost of producs are increased. With the progress of biotechnology, people expect to use microorganism to substitute them, so people much emphasize the research on the interaction between plant and rhizospheric microorganism. Based on the results of such studies in last 30 years, this paper discusses the diversity of rhizospheric microorganism , interaction between plant and rhizospheric microorganism, the relationship between rhizospheric microorganism and the obstacle of continuous cropping, and presents several problems which need to be further studied on plant and rhizospheric microorganism in future.
