摘  要:用聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶胶-凝胶法制备出Co1-xZnxFe2O4纳米微粉,用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了铁氧体纳米颗粒的结构,发现纳米颗粒的晶格常数随Zn含量的变化情况和块体材料相似,是一种非单调变化关系,并且纳米颗粒的晶格常数比块体材料的普遍偏大。同时我们还利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了宏观磁性随锌含量的变化,发现饱和磁化强度Ms随x的变化和块体材料的变化趋势一致,而矫顽力随Co2+离子的含量增加基本呈上升趋势。Co-Zn ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. The crystalline structure has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). A non-linear behavior exhibits in the lattice constant with the Zn concentration of nanoparticles, similar to bulk material. It indicates that the lattice parameters of Co-Zn ferrite nanoparticles are larger than that of the bulk material, Magnetization measurements were carried out with VSM at room temperature, and the results indicate that the variation of saturation magnetization of nanoparticles with x is the same as that of bulk material and coercivities decrease with increasing of Co^2+ content.
