摘  要:重稀土金属Dy、Tb可以提高烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的磁晶各向异性场,但过量的Dy和Tb会导致铸锭中R2Fe17相的增加,在晶界易形成R(FeCo)2和R(FeCo)3软磁性相,从而降低磁体的矫顽力。采用氢爆碎和双合金工艺混合烧结法制备Nd-Fe-B磁体,避免了软磁性Laves相的形成,研制出使用温度达到240℃的N35AH磁体。The substitution of heavy rare-earth elements such as Dy or Tb for Nd can enhance the anisotropy field HA of Nd-Fe-B magnet. However, over-substitution of heavy rare-earth element would conduce the form of the soft magnetic Laves phase of R(FeCo)2 and R(FeCo)3 at the grain boundary, which decreases the intrinsic coercivity. By using both the hydrogen decrepitation and double-alloy processes to avoid soft magnetic Laves phase, we prepared N35AH sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet with ultra-high coercivity, which can be used at temperature up to 240℃.
