广东石豆兰的显微结构特征与干旱生态环境的关系研究

摘  要:广东石豆兰是兰科石豆兰属的多年生草本植物,主要分布在我国亚热带地区常绿阔叶林中的石壁上,具有较强的耐旱性。应用电子显微技术对广东石豆兰叶、茎的显微结构进行研究,结果表明:广东石豆兰的叶表现出6个与干旱生态环境有关的特点;根细胞表现出5个方面的特殊性,其中细胞排列比较紧密、细胞腔较小、细胞中淀粉粒较多、细胞壁较厚等反映了广东石豆兰对干旱生态环境具有较强的适应性。了解这些结构特点,为进一步对它进行生长发育和驯化、栽培研究提供参考。The Buulbophyllum kwangtunense which belongs to the genus Buulbophyllum of orchid family is a perennial herb plant, it distributes in cliffs among the evergreen forests in subtropic area in China and has strong drought-tolerance. The microscopic structure features of leaves and stem of B. kwangunense were studied with microscopic technique, the result of research in this paper shows as follows: there are 6 features of microscopic structure in B. kwangtunense's leaves which shows the relation to the dry eco-habitat, the cells of root displays 5 aspects of particularity, among them cells arrange close, the cell cavity is small there is more corn of starch in cells, the cell wall is thick shows that B. kwangtunense have strong adaptability to the eco-habitat of the aridity. Finding out these feature characteristics offers references for its further growth and taming and culturing study on it.
