摘　　要：在全面系统地分析贵溪市林业产业体系建设现状,以及林业产业发展不完善等问题,有针对性地提出了"林改"后林业产业体系建设与投融资改革政策调整的对策并提出好的建议。Current situation of constructing fo^stry industry system and imperfect development of forestry industry were overall systematically analyzed in this paper. The adjusting eountermeasures and good suggestions of forestry industry system construction and reform policy of investment and financing after forestry propery fight system reform were put forward pointedly.
