水性环氧丙烯酸光敏树脂在制浆造纸中的应用

摘　　要：以环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成水性光敏树脂,讨论了原料投料比、反应温度、催化剂等因素对合成水性光敏树脂性能的影响。初步研究了其在纸张涂布及湿部添加中的应用工艺,结果显示:经过水性光敏树脂涂布后,纸张的物理性能得到了明显的改善,并且光敏树脂在使用过程中具有快速、环保的特点。A kind of water-based photosensitive resin which is synthesized with epoxy resin, acrylic acid, malei anhydride as raw materials was investigated. It was found that the water-based photosensitive resin could be used in coating and wet-end adding . It was found that the physical properties of the paper were enhanced sig- nificantly when photosensitive resin was used as. The results indicated that the process with photosensitive resin was rapid, effective and environment friendly.
