摘　　要：测试测量仪器历经了模拟、数字化、智能化、虚拟仪器等形式,最近又出现了合成仪器的概念。本文了论述合成仪器的概念、特点,通过阐述合成仪器对模块化结构和测试总线的性能需求,以及LXI总线的技术特点,论述了采用LXI总线构建合成仪器的合理性。最后给出了合成仪器在新一代自动测试系统中的应用和展望。Test and measurement instrument went through a development of analog, digital, intellectualized and virtual instrument. Recently a conception of Synthesis Instrument is coming forth. In This paper, the conception and character of Synthesis Instrument was introduced. With the discussions of requirement of modularization and testing bus for Synthesis Instrument ,and the characteristic of LXI, the Synthesis Instrument based LXI bus was discussed. Finally the application and prospect of Synthesis Instrument was given.
