甘肃高山细毛羊试验性食盐中毒的病理学观察

摘　　要：将24只两周岁甘肃高山细毛羊(羯羊)随机分成4组,每组6只.采用日粮阴阳离子平衡(DCAB)技术进行了羊的食盐中毒病理变化研究,按(Na++K+-Cl-)mEq/kg DM不同水平设4个处理组,即A(550 mol/kg)、B(450 mol/kg)、C(350 mol/kg)、D(250 mol/kg),饲喂6个月后,将羊只全部剖杀,进行病理学剖检和病理组织切片观察.结果发现A组试验羊出现典型的食盐中毒现象,眼观其大脑蛛网膜血管怒张、充血,颞叶有淤血,切面质地柔软;镜下观察其大脑实质血管广泛充血,局部还可见出血,有明显嗜酸性粒细胞性脑炎现象.此外,心脏、肝脏等器官也有不同程度的病变.B组、C组和D组试验羊随DCAB的水平不同,病变有逐步减轻的趋势.24 Gansu alpine fine-fleece sheep （wether）of two-years-old were divided into 4 groups, 6 sheep in one group. The relation between ingredient of forage and progenitive capacity of the sheep was in-vestigated. The 4 groups were divided by the level of （Na^＋ ＋K^＋ --Cl^）mEq/kg DM,that was,Group A （550 mol/kg） .B（450 mol/kg） .C（350 mol/kg） and D（250 mol/kg） ,all the sheep were killed and dissected after 6 months feeding,pathological ptomatopsy had been done and pathological tissue slice had been observed. Typical table salt poisoning in group A was found. The veins in arachnoid was expanded severely,the veins was congested,the temporal lobes gored,and the texture of cross s examination,the brain texture was congested and bleeded. The eosinophilic very obvious. Moreover,different degrees of pathological changes could be s pathological changes in sheep of group B,C and D were alleviated gradually ection was soft. By microscopic granulocyte neuraxltlS was een in heart and liver. Besides, with the level of DCAB.
