摘 要:采用浸渍法测定了云南10个主要烟区田间烟株上的烟蚜种群对氧化乐果的抗药性.结果表明,各烟区地方烟蚜种群均对氧化乐果产生了抗药性.6个地方烟蚜种群已达高抗水平.抗性指数41.6~112.9;2个达中抗水平抗性,抗性指数分别为19.3和28.2;2个低抗水平的抗性指数分别为6.2和6.3.中抗至高抗水平的烟蚜种群主要分布在滇中、滇东、滇东南及滇西南烟区。而低抗种群则主要分布在滇西烟区.酶活力检测结果表明,烟蚜种群α-NA羧酸酯酶活力及其高活力个体频率的增加是烟蚜种群对氧化乐果产生抗药性的主要原因.The resistance of Myzus persicae to omethoate were detected by using leaf-dipping in 10 tobacco-planting areas in Yunnan Province. The results showed that populations of M. persicae in six tobacco-planting areas developed high level of resistance with resistance factors ranging from 41, 6 to 112.9,two populations developed medium level of resistance whose resistance factor were 19.3 and 38.8 respectively, and other two populations developed low level of resistance whose resistance factor were 6.2 and 6.3. The populations with medium or high level of resistance mainly distributed over centre, east, southeast and southwest of Yunnan,and the population with low level of resistance distributed over west of Yunnan. The increasing of carboxylesterase activity and the individuals with high enzyme activity accounted for the resistance of M. persicae against omethoate.
