摘  要:对丙烯酰胺(AM)水溶液在微波照射下的聚合反应进行了研究。讨论了微波聚合条件、AM单体浓度以及引发剂浓度与转化率和分子量的关系,比较了丙烯酰胺微波聚合同常规加热聚合的差别。The polymerization of the solution of AM by microwave was studied. The effects of power and time of microwave radiation, concentration of monomer and the amount of initiation on conversion and the moleuclar weight were discussed. And the difference between microwave and regular heating was also studied. The rate of the polymerization of AM by microwave is very high. The time of the microwave polymerization is only 5% ̄10% of that of the regular heating procession, and the conversion of monomer is higher by the use of microwave than regular heating. Several kinds of polymer with different molecular weight are obtained by controlling the radiation time and power.
