摘　　要：宁波市位于中国的东部沿海，是一个极为重要的海港城市及经济中心。项目区域的总面积约为80公顷，计划建设一个行政中心区、政府办公楼以及东部新城。在设计方案中．项目地块所面向城市的一边，即西边，被规划为一条实线，被位于东部的自然地貌所柔化。建筑物由北向南排列开来，共分为三个区域，每个区域均有着自身的外观特点，同时与南北轴线相呼应。Ningbo lies at the eastern coast of China and is a very important seaport and economic center. The design area comprises a surface of approx. 80 ha, to be built with an administrative center, governmental buildings and the new eastern city at its eastern side. In the design concept the side of the planning area showing towards the city i.e. towards the western side was designed as a rigid line, softening up towards the nature reserve lying in the east. The structure follows its way from the north to the south. Three zones were created, each with its own characteristic appearance, interconnected by the north-south axis.
