蒙古族与汉族海洛因依赖者应付方式和社会支持状况对照研究

摘　　要：目的:调查蒙古族与汉族海洛因依赖者应付方式特点和社会支持状况的差异。方法:采用《应付方式问卷》、《社会支持评定量表》对蒙古族(n=44)和汉族(n=52)海洛因依赖者进行评定,并对两组各因子进行相关分析。结果:蒙古族在应付方式上与汉族海洛因依赖者比较无差异;但在社会支持总分、支持利用度上存在差异(P<0.05);社会支持的"总分"、"支持的利用度"与汉族海洛因依赖者的应付方式"求助"和"幻想"相关;社会支持的"总分"、"客观支持"、"主观支持"与蒙古族海洛因依赖者的应付方式"解决问题"、"合理化"、"自责"、"退避"相关。结论:蒙古族与汉族海洛因依赖者的社会支持状况存在差异。对蒙古族与汉族海洛因依赖者应根据其应付方式的特点进行心理治疗,尤其对蒙古族海洛因依赖者要加强心理治疗和社会与家庭支持治疗。Objective：To compare the coping scheme and social support condition of Mongolian and Han nationality heroin dependent patients. Methods：Forty four Mongolian and 52 Han nationality heroin dependent patients were tested with Coping Scheme Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale and the correlation faction of the two groups were analyzed. Results：There was no significant difference between Mongolian and Han nationality heroin dependent patients in coping scheme; however, difference was observed in total score of social support and support utility between Mongolian and Han nationality heroin dependent patients （P〈0.05）. Total score and support utility of social support were related to coping scheme of Han nationality heroin dependent patients such as ＂asking for help＂ and ＂fantasy＂; total score, objective support, subjective support of social support were related to coping scheme of Mongolian nationality heroin dependent patients such as ＂solving problem＂, ＂reasonable＂, ＂self-blame＂ and ＂avoiding＂. Conclusion：There is a difference in social support condition between Mongolian nationality and Han nationality heroin dependent patients. Psychological therapy should be conducted according to their coping scheme. Social support to Mongolian nationality heroin dependent patients should be enhanced.
