摘　　要：随着系统生物学研究的发展,需要一种长时程跟踪微小活体生物(如线虫等)行为、自动识别其形态特征并提供定量分析的工具。本文设计了一套基于机器视觉和特征提取的实验平台,介绍了该平台的硬件组成、软件控制和图像处理算法。With the development of the system biology, a tool is necessary to track, recognize and quantitative analysis of the little creature. This article gives a design of a platform based on machine vision and feature extraction. It introduces consists of hardware, controlling of software and the algorithms of image processing.
