摘  要:采用高效液相色谱结合库仑阵列多电极检测器体系(HPLC-ECD)建立了一套操作简便、高效、快速测定多巴胺(DA)、6,7-二羟基-1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉(Salsolinol)和6,7-二羟基-1,2-二甲基-1,2,3,4 -四氢异喹啉(N-methyl-salsolinol)的方法,并研究该检测方法的灵敏性和稳定性,检测物质浓度和响应因子之间的线性关系。DA、Salsolinol及N-methyl-salsolinol的相关系数分别为1、1和0.9997;DA的检测限低于0.1ng/mL,Sal和NMSal的检测限低于0.5ng/mL,各种物质的方法回收率为98.5%-104.7%。The measurement method of DA, Salsolinol and N - methyl - salsolinol was established using high - performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection ( HPLC - ECD). The reliability and reproducibility of the method were described by various factors including the sensitivity and limit of detection, linear relationship between concentration and the response factor, and stability of the system. The response factor of DA, Salsolinol and N - methyl - salsolinol are 1, 1, and 0. 9997 respectively. The detection limit of DA is below 0. lng/mL, and that of Salsolinol and N - methyl - salsolinol is below 0.5ng/mL. The recovery rate of these sub- stances is from 98.5% to 104.7%.
