摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期急性胰腺炎的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我科1997年2月～2007年2月收治的妊娠期急性胰腺炎22例的临床资料。结果本组行非手术治疗19例,手术治疗3例。孕妇死亡4例,胎儿死亡7例。结论能否早期诊断、早期治疗和正确选择治疗方式可影响妊娠期急性胰腺炎的预后。治疗应以非手术疗法为基础,采取个体化的治疗方案。Objective To investigate clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy（APIP）. Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of APIP from Feb. 1997 to Feb. 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 19 cases received non-operative therapy and 3 cases received operative therapy. Four pregnant women died, and 7 fetuses died. Conclusion Early diagnosis, early treatment and proper choice of treatments are of great importance to the prognosis of APIP. APIP should be treated based on non-operative therapy and subjected to individualized therapeutic regimen.
