摘　　要：目的探讨结石所致胆囊内瘘的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我院1990年1月～2006年1月收治的胆囊内瘘31例的临床资料。结果本组31例均治愈出院。无手术死亡病例,无术后并发症发生。结论萎缩性结石性胆囊炎易合并内瘘;超声、X线等影像学检查对术前诊断胆囊内瘘有重要价值;胆囊切除加内瘘修补可达到理想的治疗效果。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of internal gallbladder fistula （IGF）caused by cholelithiasis. Methods The clinical data of 31 SIGF patients treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were cured. There were no complications and death after operation. Conclusion Cystic internal fistula should be reminded when atrophic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis were found synchronously, and imageology such as ultrasonic and X-ray had important value for the diagnosis of the fistula. Cholecystectomy plus fistula repair was a perfect measure of treatment.
