摘　　要：综述了预硬型塑料模具钢的分类、性能要求和国内外预硬型塑料模具钢的牌号和化学成分,重点介绍了近年来国内预硬型塑料模具钢在成分设计和热处理工艺改进方面取得的研究成果,其中一些钢的性能和预硬化工艺达到国际先进水平,指出了预硬型塑料模具钢今后的发展方向。The classification, properties, the domestic and foreign trademark and chemical composition of prehardened plastic mould steel were reviewed ,with focus on the composition design and heat treatment process improvement in the domestic prehardened plastic mould steel. Properties and perhardening process of some steels reached the international advanced level. The development direction of the perhardened plastic mould steel was put forward.
