摘 要:目的:研究一种经口咽前路寰椎骨折复位内固定系统,通过相应部位的解剖学测量为其临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:研制各种型号经口咽前路寰椎骨折复位钢板和复位器等配套器械。选45具中国成年人干燥寰椎标本,依次测量寰椎前结节厚度、两侧前弓厚度、两侧前弓高度、两侧侧块外侧壁到中线的距离、两侧侧块前后径及两侧侧块高度。结果:寰椎前结节厚度(6.97±0.84)mm,左前弓厚度(4.67±0.74)mm,右前弓厚度(4.61±0.85)mm,左前弓高度(10.22±1.66)mm,右前弓高度(10.15±1.45)mm,左侧侧块外侧壁到中线的距离(22.12±1.23)mm,右侧侧块外侧壁到中线的距离(22.10±1.33)mm,左侧侧块前后径(19.72±1.56)mm,右侧侧块前后径(20.21±1.69)mm,左侧侧块高度(11.90±1.10)mm,右侧侧块高度(11.52±1.06)mm,左侧侧块内倾角(11.26±1.74)°右侧侧块内倾角(12.73±1.52)°结论:寰椎骨折前路复位内固定系统设计新颖,在理论上通过,。相应部位的解剖学测量证实该系统有足够的解剖安放空间。Objective To establish the transoralpharyngeal atlas fracture reduction plate (TAFRP) system and anatomically measure the corresponding parts of atlas to achieve parameters of the system. Methods A novel TAFRP system was established with a titanium alloy plate, self-locking screws, an atlas fracture reductor and other accessories. 45 dry atlas specimens were measured for anatomical data. Results The mean thickness of anterior tubercle was (6.97 ± 0.84)mm, thickness of left anterior arch was (4.67 ±0.74)mm, right anterior arch was (4.61 ± 0.85)mm, height of left anterior arch was (10.22 ± 1.66)mm, right anterior arch was (10.15 ± 1.45)mm. Distance from left lateral wall to median line was (22.12 ± 1.23) mm and that from right lateral wall to median line was (22.10± 1.33) mm. The anteroposterior diameter of left lateral mass was (19.72 ± 1.56) mm and that of right lateral mass was (20.21 ± 1.69) mm. Height of left lateral mass was (11.90 ± 1.10)mm and that of right lateral mass was (11.52 ± 1.06) mm. Left inside oblique angle of lateral mass was (11.26 ± 1.74)^o and right inside oblique angle of lateral mass was (12.73 ± 1.52)^o. Conclusions TAFRP was a novel design. Theoretically, this study confirms that there is enough space for the system placement by corresponding anatomical measurement.
