摘 要:性别分工与市场分工是两种不同的劳动制度体系。互补合作的原始两性分工不同步地进入市场制度。市场分工制度对劳动的评价有缺陷,它低估或忽视了女性在物质资料生产与人类再生产中的贡献,使女性处于不利地位。但市场分工制度的发展从技术与制度层面上为女性进入社会劳动体系创造条件。市场制度的完善与发展,是缩小性别分工鸿沟的条件。Gender division of labor and market division of labor are two different systems.The complementary and cooperative bisex division of labor enters the market system unsynchronized.Market division of labor has defects in evluating labor.The mechanism underestimates and neglects women's contribution to the material production and human reproduction,which puts female in a disadvantageous situation.But the development of market division of labor creates social conditions of technology and institution for women to enter the labor system.The perfection and development of the market system is qualified to narrow the gap between gender divisions of labor.
