摘  要:市场竞争条件下女性就业渠道趋于狭窄,越来越回归到传统的具有较强女性禀赋特征的职业领域,这种状况在促进女性就业的同时,加深了"职业性别隔离",扩大了职业性别分工的不平等。因此,不应让发挥外生比较优势成为女性就业的一种"刻板模式",培育内生比较优势对促进女性就业具有重要意义,应强化公共政策对培育女性内生比较优势的作用,对劳动力市场实施更为积极主动的干预政策。Under the market competition,channels for female employment gets to be more and more narrow.It tends to return to the traditional career field which has strong characteristic of female factor endowment.When promoting the female employment,this kind of position also deepens 'the Sex Segregation',which expands the unequal gender division of labor at the same time.This article proposes that the exogenous comparative advantage should not be 'the mechanical pattern' in female employment.It emphasizes the vital significance of developing endogenous comparative advantage for promoting female employment.It also advocates to strengthen the public policy to cultivate female's endougenous comparative advantage and implement more positive intervention policy to the labor market.
