摘　　要：分析了影响耐热钢炉底辊寿命的因素─－材质、制造厂家、升温和降温速度、炉温控制及换辊方法。提出了延长耐热钢炉底辊寿命的措施。Discussed in the paper are the major elements responsible for the life span of the furnace bottom-roller made of heat-resistant steel, including material, manufacturer, heating-up and cooling speeds,furnace temperature control and roller-change method. Measures to prolong the said roller's life span are proposed.
