摘 要:LF埋弧操作对于节能降耗和改善脱氧、脱硫动力学条件具有重要意义。在实验室条件下较为系统地研究了精炼渣成分及外加发泡剂对熔渣泡沫化的影响,并确定了具有理想发泡效果的精炼渣组成范围及发泡剂的加入量。在工业试验中应用实验室研究成果对精炼渣成分和操作制度进行了调整,缩短了加热时间,结果显示在绝大部分加热时间内实现了埋弧操作,提高了热效率,脱硫效果保持稳定。Submerged arc operation is significant for reducing consumption of energy, materials as well as improving kinetic condition of deoxidation and desulfurization to LF. The influence of composition and foaming agent on foaming of the refining slag were carded out. The appropriate refining slag composition and the quantity of foaming agent with perfect foaming performance were confirmed. In industrial examination, the composition of refining slag and the operation method were modified, and the heating time was decreased. Results show that submerged arc operation are accomplished within almost all the heating process, the heat efficiency was enhanced and desulfruization effect kept stable.
