摘　　要：为了提高生产效率、保证产品质量,充分利用制糖生产线上大量使用的人工操作制糖用上悬式离心机,将其改造成全自动离心机,利用单片嵌入式计算机为核心设计了上悬式离心机嵌入式控制器,嵌入式控制器对上悬式离心机按生产工艺自动控制运行,通过LCD显示器和触摸屏构成的中文人机界面显示离心机的工作状态,并可实时修改输入生产工艺参数,设计嵌入式控制器达到了设计目的,可将人工操作制糖用上悬式离心机改造成全自动离心机,在广西、云南、海南三十多家糖厂进行了应用。The article introduces an embedded controller design, which modified manual suspended centrifuge to auto-centrifuge used for sugar refining. The aim is to raise labour efficiency and to control the quality of products. The embedded controller can auto-control the suspended centrifuge according to requirements of production technology. The man-machine interface of LCD touchable screen displays the working state of the centrifuge in chinese The production technology data can be changed any time. This controller has been used in more than 30 sugar refineries in Guangxi, Yunnan and Hainan provinces.
