摘　　要：LXI是一种基于局域网的新型模块化仪器互联标准;LXI是以太网技术在测试自动化领域的应用和拓展;其目的是将已经非常成熟的以太网技术应用到自动测试系统中,以替代传统的测试总线技术;为了将LXI这一新型网络标准更广泛的推广和应用,针对LXI仪器的网络特性,对LXI模块的局域网配置进行了一系列研究,介绍了LXI仪器有关局域网方面的功能,并详细阐述了LXI仪器网页界面的设计与实现;展望了LXI总线的发展趋势,LXI总线的出现推动了测试测量仪器进一步的应用与发展。LXI is a new Instrumentation Platform Based on Ethernet. It is applied and extended the technology of Ethernet in field of auto -testing. It＇s intention is to apply the mature technology of Ethernet in field of auto-testing, and substitute the conventional technology of testing bus. For popularizing the new network standard, this paper aims at network characteristics of LXI instrumentation. LAN implemen ration of LXI module is researched, and its function related with LAN is given. It also commentates how to design and implement interface of LXI instrumentation. Viewing the development of LXI bus direction, the appearance of LXI bus will move forward one step for application and development of the measuring instrumentation.
