摘　　要：胞内钙离子浓度检测软件基于双波长荧光检测原理,运用面向对象方法,统一建模语言(简称UML),并在充分调查用户需求的基础上研发;软件中使用多线程事件同步技术,提高了执行效率,减少了内存消耗;内核部分用C++标准库实现,方便升级与维护;硬件接口类是一个抽象类,给出纯虚的接口,具体实现由与数据采集卡相应的子类完成,方便以后硬件升级;软件开发过程使用UML语言建立系统模型,并使用合理的文档管理,易于软件开发人员进行维护。The software of measuring concentration of cytosolic free calium ions based on the principle of double-wavelength fluorescence microscopy was designed using Obiect-Oriented Programming and Unified Modeling Language. The running efficiency was improved and the memories con sumed were reduced by applying program methods of the Thread Synchronization and the Event Kernel Objects. Software kernel was achieved using the C＋ ＋ Standard Library Function, so it is easy to upgrade. The hardware connection class is an abstract class. The pure abstract interface which was achieved by the subclass matched with USB was applied for the convenience of the hardware upgrade. It is more available to that the programs are maintained by soft developers using UML for modeling and managing documents reasonably.
