摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展，电子文件的大量出现，文件的记录方式发生了根本性的变化，传统纸质文件以及档案的管理受到了巨大冲击，在档案事业正被重新塑造和重新接受的信息时代，需要发展已有理论，建立新的管理思想，前端控制正是在这样的背景下产生的。本文通过对电子文件与纸质文件管理中的前端控制思想比较研究，揭示了前端控制思想在文件及档案鲁理中的意义。As the develoPment of IT and the arising.of a number of electronic documents, the way of recording has fundamentally changed. The traditional management of papery documents and archives was shocked greatlY. At the information age that the archival course being remodeled and received, it＇s necessary to advance the existing theory and establish new management ideas, and the Front Control Ideas come into being in this background. This article profoundly revealed the significance to the documents and archives management bY the means of the comparative studY on the front control ideas of the management between them.
