摘　　要：和谐的图书馆文化是社会发展的需要，也是社会发展的必然结果。而文献资源的共建共享是对和谐图书馆文化的丰富和发展，是在社会主义和谐社会建设中的应用。笔者认为二者是相一致的。具有包容性。目的就是在和谐的图书馆文化中实现文献资源的共建共享。在共建共享中不断推进和谐图书馆文化的建设。参考文献4。Harmony librarY culture is the necessity and an inevitable result of the social development, And the building and sharing of the literature resources is the enrichment and development to the librarY culture and the application to the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
