摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法分离和测定叶下珠胶囊中诃里拉京。方法:采用 Alltech C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(7.5:92.5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长为216 nm。以外标法测定了叶下珠胶囊中诃里拉京的含量。结果:诃里拉京在0.08~20.49μg(r=0.9999)的范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,诃里拉京的平均回收率(n=9)为98.8%,RSD 为0.8%。结论:本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,可用于叶下珠胶囊的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of corilagin in Yexiazhu capsules by HPLC. Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows :Alltech C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 2% phosphoric acid(7.5: 92. 5) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 216 nm, column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08 - 20. 49 μg for corilagin( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 98.8% ( n = 9 ), RSD was 0. 8%. Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable for the quality control of this preparation.
