摘　　要：建立肝速康胶囊中齐墩果酸的HPLC含量测定方法。色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（8∶2）为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为205nm。齐墩果酸在0.51-7.65μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.9%（n=9）。本文所建立的方法快速简便,灵敏性高,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。A HPLC method was developed and validated tor the determination of oleanolic acid in Gansukang Capsules. The chromatography was performed on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column with acetonitrile and 0.2% solution of phosphoric acid （8 ： 2） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^-1. The detection wavelength was 205 nm. The calibration was at the concentration range of 0. 51-7.65μg with correlation coefficient index r=0. 9999. The method is simple and sensitive and can be used for the quality control of Gansukang Capsules.
