摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定排石利胆颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量。色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18,流动相为甲醇-水（32∶68）,流速：1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为270nm。线性范围为0.051-0.510μg,r=0.9992。平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.69%。本法简便、快速、准确,可用于产品的质量控制。A HPLC method was established for the determination of gentiopcrin in Paishilidan Granules. A Diamonsil^TM C18 column was used with methanol and water （32 ： 68） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL . min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 270nm. The calibration range was 0. 051 -0. 510μg, r=0. 9992. The average recovery was 99.2% with RSD=0.69%. The mothod is convenient, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control.
